Windows Agent — what this status means

The manufacturer publishes an official Windows driver for this model. We expect it to work through FoodOrders Agent, but we have not physically tested it. A test print is required.

Direct cloud printing

This model has no direct cloud path with FoodOrders. Use the Windows Agent instead.

We have not physically tested this exact model in our own lab yet. Run the FoodOrders test print before enabling live kitchen orders — and tell us how it went.

Setup notes

  • Install the Epson Advanced Printer Driver, print a Windows test page, then refresh printers in FoodOrders Agent.

Known limitations

  • Epson Server Direct Print is not the same as Star CloudPRNT and is not implemented by FoodOrders.

Run a FoodOrders test print

  1. Install the printer and its official driver in Windows.
  2. Confirm a Windows test page prints.
  3. Open FoodOrders Agent and select Refresh printers.
  4. Choose this printer, then Save and print test page.
  5. Check the chit for readability, paper width and cutter behaviour.
