Windows Agent — what this status means

We do not have enough reliable evidence for this model. Contact support before purchasing.

Direct cloud printing

This model has no direct cloud path with FoodOrders. Use the Windows Agent instead.

We have not physically tested this exact model in our own lab yet. Run the FoodOrders test print before enabling live kitchen orders — and tell us how it went.

Setup notes

  • If Windows prints a test page to it, FoodOrders Agent can usually see it. Run the FoodOrders test print before going live.
  • Tell us the exact model and we will add a real record for it.

Known limitations

  • There is no single 'generic' printer — behaviour depends entirely on the board and driver in your specific unit.

Run a FoodOrders test print

  1. Install the printer and its official driver in Windows.
  2. Confirm a Windows test page prints.
  3. Open FoodOrders Agent and select Refresh printers.
  4. Choose this printer, then Save and print test page.
  5. Check the chit for readability, paper width and cutter behaviour.
