Direct cloud printing

This model has no direct cloud path with FoodOrders. Use the Windows Agent instead.

Setup notes

• Use the official Star LAN setup utility to create the Windows printer queue.
• Select the Cutter queue in FoodOrders Agent, print a test, and save only after paper output is confirmed.

Known limitations

• Verification covers one Ethernet printer, one Windows 11 computer and the named Star cutter driver.
• Reserve a stable network address before restaurant deployment.
• Direct cloud printing was not tested; this record covers the Windows Agent path only.

Run a FoodOrders test print

1. Install the printer and its official driver in Windows.
2. Confirm a Windows test page prints.
3. Open FoodOrders Agent and select Refresh printers.
4. Choose this printer, then Save and print test page.
5. Check the chit for readability, paper width and cutter behaviour.
