Windows Agent — what this status means

The manufacturer publishes an official Windows driver for this model. We expect it to work through FoodOrders Agent, but we have not physically tested it. A test print is required.

Setup notes

  • Use this model only where running Ethernet to the printer is impractical.

Known limitations

  • Wi-Fi kitchens with metal shelving and fryer interference can drop connections; Ethernet is more reliable where available.

  3. Open FoodOrders Agent and select Refresh printers.
  4. Choose this printer, then Save and print test page.
  5. Check the chit for readability, paper width and cutter behaviour.
